Have fun listening to classic tunes and Christian worship songs as you move through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and activities for daily living. Handheld weights, elastic bands, and fitness balls are offered for resistance. This is an excellent class for sustainability!
This class meets Monday and Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. and Friday at 10:00 and 11:00 a.m.
There is a great cooldown time after each exercise class in the Crossings Community Center’s Cafe. Come for a great time of Christian fellowship where you can connect and build lasting relationships with other class attendees, volunteers, and staff.
