In the book of Galatians, Paul outlines the Fruit of the Spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. We desire to experience and share these traits as the result of the Holy Spirit’s presence in our lives, but it can be easier said than done! How can we look for the Holy Spirit’s presence in our lives? Where do we turn when we’re struggling with this part of our faith and our human nature? How can we better understand how to live like Jesus and share the Fruit of the Spirit with others? In this series, we will take a closer look at these questions, learn more about the Fruit of the Spirit together, and explore how to recognize the Holy Spirit working in us as followers of Christ.

At Crossings, we don’t do membership, we do commitment—a shared commitment to walk together as disciples of Jesus. Discipleship is the intentional pursuit of knowing Jesus deeply and becoming more like him. It is more than holding a set of beliefs—it's actively choosing to walk in his footsteps every single day. Jesus himself modeled this path through three practices: weekly worship, community, and a personal relationship with God. Join us this fall as we explore how adopting Jesus’ way of life transforms our own.
This summer at Crossings, each message brings something new, but the goal remains the same: to help you grow in your faith and take your next step with God.
